What shipping options are available on Vality Jewelry?

For each address within the United States, the following charges apply:

Standard Shipping: $10 

Available on all orders. Please allow 7-14 business days to receive your items. 

    • Orders placed after 4:00 PM EST Monday through Friday will be processed on the following day. 
    • Weekends and holiday delivery will be processed on the next business day. 

Currently, we are only able to accept online orders to shipping addresses within the United States and do not ship internationally. To ensure the secure delivery of your order, Vality Jewelry Inc. does not ship orders to P.O.Box address.

 Orders are shipped Mon-Fri excluding holidays. 

Occasionally in-stock items may be temporarily out-of-stock or backordered. We will make every effort to communicate any shipping delay within 24 hours of your order. 

We cannot partially ship orders - all items will arrive in one package per order.

 Return Policy

 How can I make returns or exchanges?

 If you are not completely satisfied with your online purchase, you can send it back to us for a refund or credit within 10 days of the date your package was delivered. 

Vality Jewelry Inc. offers complimentary shipping for any item you’d like to return.  Please send us an email to info@valityjewelry.com, the reason for the return or exchange, picture of the item you would like to return and the sales receipt. 

 Please allow 10- 14 business days for your refund to be processed. 

 All returns must be approved by our team, please send us an email, we will be more than happy to help.

 To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and sent back in its original packaging. All returns must be authorized by Vality Jewelry Inc..

 All returned merchandise must be in its original condition. Please email us before ordering if you are unsure.

 We reserve the right to deny credit if the merchandise returned does not meet our return policy requirements. We are not able to cover lost, stolen or missing packages. 

Once we receive your return, we will refund the purchase amount to the original form of payment.

Warranty

 At Vality Jewelry takes great care to ensure our jewelry is made to last, and we stand behind the quality of our pieces. If any damage or breakage occurs, we offer a 3 month warranty from the date of purchase to take care of your product. Please feel free to contact us at info@valityjewelry.com with any questions!

Please note our warranty does not cover any lost items or jewelry that has been handled by third-party jewelers. Only items purchased directly from our website are covered by our warranty.

Canceling a order

Once your order is placed we are unable to cancel it or make changes.

Lost Package

If your package gets lost in transit we will do everything we possibly can to assist you. We cannot be held responsible for packages once proof of delivery is generated. We ask our carrier to require a signature for all items over $500. If you would like to either waive this requirement, or if you would like to ask for a signature for less than $500, please include this information under Special Instructions at checkout. (Since we cannot be responsible for delivered packages that have been lost or stolen, we highly recommend selecting a delivery address that you trust.)
